Hi, there.
I’m wearing a shirt that reads “Kill Me”.
If you saw me at a party or on the street would you promptly murder me?
What about if I had a few drinks? What if I was walking alone at night?
I’m guessing that you wouldn’t if you’re a sane individual.
The cops wouldn’t overlook your crime because of what I’m wearing because that’s silly. I wasn’t literally asking for you to kill me based on my choice of clothing. Who would take that defense seriously?My friends wouldn’t blame me for being murdered and my killer would be behind bars almost instantly.
So, why is it okay to rape someone because they’re wearing promiscuous clothes? Why does THEIR choice of clothing excuse THEIR attacker?
It doesn’t. You’re silly if you think otherwise.
The less guilt on the attacker. The more guilt on victim.

My name is Brittany. I'm fifteen, live in Australia but am soon moving back home to New Zealand. I'm unhappy with myself, so I am going to change it. I wish to lose weight, but health and fitness is my priority. Iwant to be able to look in the mirror and be happy with myself.There are only two things that may get in my way the way of my goals - I am a writer, and have developed RSI from my last bout of novel writing. I also have an injured foot. I sprained it, by jumping and landing on the tips of my toes, folding my foot so that my toes touched my heel. That was a few years ago now, and my bones were somehow flexible enough not to break. I only suffered a chip in my foot but it still causes my pain four years on, and it is aggravated by a lot of use. I hope that I can strengthen it.
I'm not a very motivated person, so please talk to me if you would like, and we can motivate each other!
I'm definitely no expert on weight loss, or health, I'm just a girl trying to learn as much as she can abut it. If anybody has health related questions, I'm sure there are people better equipped to answer them than me! x
